How to Submit a Claim

Notify Us Immediately
Call 011 936 8421 or visit your nearest branch to report the death. Our team will guide you through each step.

Gather Required Documents
You will need the death certificate (BI-1663), the deceased's ID, the policyholder's ID, proof of banking details and a completed claim form.

Submit & We Process
Hand in your documents at any branch or email them to claims@vuyofunerals.co.za. We process claims within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.

Funeral Arrangements
Our team contacts you to begin arrangements — from mortuary services to cemetery setup, based on your plan benefits.
Admin fee at claim stage: R960 (once-off, non-refundable)
