Notification and Removal
Contact us to notify us of the passing of your loved one. Our team will guide you through the immediate requirements and arrange for the dignified removal and transfer of the deceased into our care.

Funeral Arrangements and Administration
We meet with the family to understand your wishes and plan every aspect of the funeral. This includes registering the death, confirming the funeral date and venues, selecting the coffin or casket, and coordinating all required services and suppliers.
Step 3
Mortuary Care, Preparation and Delivery
Your loved one is cared for and professionally prepared in our mortuary with dignity and respect, in accordance with applicable health regulations and the highest professional standards. We then arrange the dignified delivery of the deceased to the family home or chosen venue for the pre-funeral service, where applicable.
Step 4
Funeral Service and Burial
On the day of the funeral, our team coordinates and executes the service from beginning to end. We oversee the procession, funeral programme and burial arrangements, ensuring your loved one receives a dignified and respectful final farewell.
